Feature of this machine
1. Stretch wrapping machines are used to wrap stretch film around a loaded pallet. The film provides extra support while the products are being transported & stored to protect them from tip, spill or from being damaged.
2. Additionally, wrapped loads can easily be separated and identified. Stretch pallet wrapper is widely used in chemical industry electronic industry building materials home appliances papermaking foodstuff & drink etc.
3. The machine is using a standard type of stretch film packaging material for creating a hard to tear, resistance, waterproof cover over the loads. The film is recyclable.
4. Specification: width: 500mm, thickness:20-25 microns, length:1500meters, weight: max:16kg, stretchable, one side sticky, transparent or colored.
5. Before starting the machine, you must check whether the parts of the baler are intact; whether the screws and nuts of each part are loose, and if they are, they should be tightened in time. If there is a lack of nails and caps, repair personnel must be notified to deal with it in time.
6. Check whether there is any debris in the conveyor belt. If any debris must be removed, use compressed air to blow out the dust in the rail.
7. Check whether the knife set and the skateboard part are short of oil. If there is a shortage, use the dipping method to add oil. Dip the oil with a small stick and slowly drip on it.
8. If abnormal phenomena are found during the startup process. Such as loud sound, large vibration, odour, etc. If you can’t find it, you should stop the machine and notify the repair personnel to deal with it, so as not to cause damage to the parts.
